Position: Digital Customer Success Manager — SaaS, Remote Growth

Omnia Retail is seeking a Digital Customer Success Manager based in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for online retailers and brands, helping them maximize the value of Omnia's pricing platform. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and improving engagement.
