What will you do?- Assist travel agencies via phone with questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries
- Handle special requests and complex cases with a solution‑oriented mindset
- Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions
- Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Continuously develop product knowledge through training and cross‑skilling
- Minimum MBO level 4 or equivalent working and thinking level
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working with complex computer systems
- Team player with an international mindset
- Flexible, service‑oriented, and proactive attitude
- Paid full‑time training (up to 10 weeks)
- Seven‑month contract with long‑term opportunities
- 25 vacation days (full‑time basis)
- Hybrid working model (minimum two days working from home)
