Dutch Talent in Amsterdam zoekt een Franstalige Customer Service Representative (B2B) die als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten fungeert. Je ondersteunt het salesteam en verwerkt orders in SAP, waarbij je streeft naar een uitstekende klantbeleving.
In deze uitdagende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor klantvragen over producten, prijzen en retourzendingen. Je krijgt 31 vakantiedagen, een salaris van € 2.700 bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek, en de mogelijkheid om deels vanuit huis te werken.
