Customer Support Representative, Tax Software - REMOTE

Working Solutions seeks engaging and tech savvy independent contractors to provide customer support to Intuit Turbo Tax's customers - all from the comfort of home with the ability to create your own schedule!

In this role, you will assist customers with software navigation, help locate prior returns and amendments, and escalate calls when necessary. You will assist customers via phone, video, and chat.

• Earn up to $0.26/talk minute + great incentives during peak times
• Contractors on this role typically earn $15-$18/hour
• All currency is paid in USD.

• Tech savvy and avid computer user
• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems
• Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor

• This is a seasonal contract that runs through Tax Day (Jan-April)
• Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule within program hours.
• Program is open 8am - 11pm CST, 7 days a week

• Quiet, uninterrupted space
• Organized desk area
• Professional appearance (if on camera)

• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
• Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
• Windows 11 operating system
• Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
• USB headset with microphone
• Mac users:
  Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
• A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract.

The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
