Our client works with large network providers to bring great mobile phone deals to their customers. They have a base of millions of customers with their online business accounting for over 70% of their sales. In this role you will support the success of the business by being the first point of contact for their valuable customers.

• Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers via communication channels (live chat, telephone, and email).
• Working independently and alongside fellow team colleagues.
• Achieving realistic key performance indicators and targets.
• Highly motivated to provide solutions on a first‑time resolution basis.

• Great knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with calls, live chat, and email.
• Experience working within a customer service environment.
• The ability to work in a fast‑paced industry.
