You’ll support a portfolio of residential properties, gaining hands‑on experience while learning from industry experts. What you’ll be doing
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy journey
  • Supporting with day‑to‑day administration and coordination of property matters
  • Learning how to handle queries, resolve issues, and keep customers informed
  • Assisting with maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
  • Working closely with our local offices and specialist teams
  • Building your knowledge of property processes, systems, and legislation

About You
  • A passion for customer service and helping people
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

No previous property management experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided from day one. While experience in a customer service or administrative role is beneficial, it’s not essential.
