Staffordshire County Council is looking for a dedicated Contact Centre Officer to provide excellent customer service from our office in Stafford. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries mainly related to Adult Social Care.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume Contact Centre, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people. The role offers training and support while encouraging a healthy work-life balance.
