Location: City of Edinburgh
United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work remotely. The position offers full training and requires candidates to be fully flexible with shifts falling between 8am-8pm on weekdays and 8am-6pm on weekends. You will handle inbound calls, assist with maintenance queries, and ensure high levels of customer service.
Essential skills include excellent IT and customer service abilities, alongside strong listening skills. A quiet work environment and wifi access are also required.
