Customer Service Representative
Working hours:
Full time hours are 37.5 per week, we are also happy to consider part‑time hours.
Salary:
Starting at £24,785 per annum, with opportunities to increase within the first year.

The opportunity:

We are looking for people with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to join us as we bring together all our retail protection teams within Zurich.
You will be an integral part of our business, supporting customers and advisers with queries on their application or policy. This role is not about getting through calls quickly – it is about understanding the caller’s needs and delivering a great outcome. You also play an active role in shaping our business, suggesting improvements.
Hours:
up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am‑5:30pm. No evening or weekend working. Hybrid model: up to 50% working from home after ramp‑up.
