We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the team at Nisbets!
As a Service Advisor you will be the key point to provide great service to customers contacting the Service Department. You will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about machinery, ensuring they get friendly and helpful assistance. Once trained you will be able to offer basic technical advice, handle repairs, and advise whether the products are in or out of warranty.

Working Monday – Friday 8:00-4:45 or 8:15-17:00 depending on shift, with flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid working pattern.
Annual Salary £26,388
Key Accountabilities- Acts as the first point of contact for customers, takes responsibility for processing each call, email or QMS through to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Raises repair requests, in or out of warranty.
- Offers troubleshooting advice to reduce the need for collecting units for repair or sending engineers to site.
- Undertakes any additional Service activities as requested by the Service Team Leader.
- Experience working in a customer service environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and company systems.
- An excellent standard of written and spoken English.
- Attention to detail, calm under pressure, and ability to multitask while thinking creatively to achieve the best resolution for the customer.
