You will be instrumental in managing client relationships, facilitating their journey from implementation to ongoing success. Your work will involve monitoring client health and deeply engaging through education and proactive campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients as a trusted advisor on software usage

• Manage client relationships for long-term retention

• Monitor client health with customized metrics

• Design client education and engagement initiatives

• Advocate for client needs within the organization

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Community Foundations

• Proven experience in client delivery in IT sectors

• Strong technical skills and data analysis capabilities

• Flexibility to adjust training approaches for clients

• Willing to travel occasionally (about 20%)
