Join Rocket Rez as a Client Success Manager and deliver exceptional support to our customers. This remote role focuses on building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and success.
In this position at Rocket Rez, you will engage with key accounts, fostering strategic partnerships that drive product adoption and result in overall success for clients. You'll manage projects proactively while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience. Your objective is to address customer needs effectively and be their advocate across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Execute customer strategies for renewals and product training
• Conduct hands-on configuration and operational tasks
• Evaluate customer usage trends to preemptively address risks
• Advocate for customer feedback to improve service
Requirements:
• Solid background in Customer Success or similar role
• Experience managing multiple complex projects
• Strong relationship-building skills with enterprise clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High energy and motivated by continuous improvement
