Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct onboarding calls to instill client confidence
• Support ongoing client relationships for high retention
• Document and manage support tickets efficiently
• Troubleshoot technical issues faced by clients
• Escalate unresolved technical matters to Integrations team
Requirements:
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Translate technical information for all user levels
• Experience with CRMs and unfamiliar software tools
• Background using AI tools in a professional capacity
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
