Key Duties

Handle enquiries via phone, email and live chat, delivering exceptional service at all times.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions.

Work closely with the team to ensure service targets are met.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive approach to challenging situations.

Comfortable using IT systems and willing to learn new software.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What We Offer

Salary of £27,584 per annum.

Salary increase after the probationary period.

Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekend work.
