This role is essential in supporting the Khalil Advisor Group by ensuring seamless communication among clients, advisors, and collaborators. Your expertise in customer service, account analysis, and transaction management will drive business development and enhance client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with clients and advisors
• Provide superior customer service through various channels
• Analyze client accounts to support advisors
• Conduct investment account transactions accurately
• Open and maintain updated client files
• Schedule appointments and prepare client meetings
• Ensure compliance with risk management rules
Requirements:
• College diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum one year of related experience
• ERCI certification is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and priority management skills
Support wealth advisors in creating impactful client relationships at National Bank.
