Media Kind is searching for a Customer Success Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience to nurture and foster customer relationships. This role focuses on onboarding, advocacy, and driving collaborative efforts across teams to promote effective delivery of solutions. You will ensure customers maximize their use of Media Kind’s offerings and contribute to overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure maximum customer value and satisfaction from solutions
• Support smooth onboarding and integration into workflows
• Advocate for customer needs within Media Kind
• Identify upsell opportunities and communicate insights
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and drive feature adoption
Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years in Customer Success or similar role
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
• Organizational skills to manage multiple engagements
• Familiarity with OTT streaming solutions
• Collaborative mindset to ensure exceptional customer outcomes
