About the Opportunity

We help union members, credit union members, association members, and their families across Canada access permanent benefit programs designed to provide long-term protection. Our team focuses on making the process simple, clear, and supportive for working families.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for driven, people-oriented individuals who want a flexible remote career with training, mentorship, and growth potential.

What You'll Do

In this position, you'll meet with members and families virtually to walk them through their available benefit options. You'll provide clear information, answer questions, assist with basic documentation, and help create a positive experience from the first conversation through ongoing follow-up.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with members and families through Zoom
  • Reviewing benefit programs in a simple and professional way
  • Helping clients complete required forms accurately
  • Keeping organized records of appointments and applications
  • Following up with members to provide continued support
  • Working with leadership and teammates to improve the client experience
  • Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and career development
What We re Looking For

We re seeking individuals who are professional, reliable, and comfortable communicating with people online. The right candidate is coachable, organized, and motivated to grow within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or US
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales, or client support is preferred
  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer systems
