Remote Parts & Service Support Specialist

This role combines your agricultural knowledge with strong customer service skills to manage extensive inbound and outbound calls. You'll maintain the ticketing system diligently and identify customer needs while providing timely and effective solutions. Adaptability and teamwork will be vital as you engage with technicians and support after-hours work orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and attentive customer service support
• Ensure accurate management of the ticketing system
• Handle substantial communication for Parts and Service
• Document customer requests and facilitate resolutions
• Assist with special projects and admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
• 4+ years in ag-related customer support positions
• Technical training in Parts/Service preferred
• Advanced knowledge of agricultural machinery
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office, with valid driver's license
