• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English.
• Receive and process client complaints and issues related to payment cards.
• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure that all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
• Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with the customers.

• Commercial or tourism background.
• Experience in customer service.
• Good knowledge of Office package/PC use.
• Good communication skills.
• Languages:
  
  Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English.
• As first point of contact with customers, the following soft skills are needed: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and ability to work in team.
