We invite applications for a Claims Examiner role on a contract basis, lasting up to 12 months with options for permanency. You will manage claims assessments and follow up with clients while ensuring seamless communication to verify eligibility and resolve discrepancies. This hybrid position combines office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Examine claims and confirm their eligibility requirements
• make follow-up calls within 24 hours
• Reach out to clients to clarify documents or details
• Prepare and send denial letters for claims
• Organize claim documents in compliance with company standards
Requirements:
• One year of experience in customer service
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Understanding of basic contractual language
• Excellent typing and professional communication skills
• Proven organizational skills for managing priorities
