Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Success Agent to assist our German customers in navigating services smoothly. As part of a friendly, global customer experience team, you'll manage customer concerns and provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have C2 proficiency in German, C1 in English, and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills. The position is fully remote from Turkey and offers a structured onboarding experience and a great work atmosphere.
