Sleek is looking for a Customer Success – Renewals person to help achieve our revenue targets by renewing all services in our existing clientele.
MissionThe main mission is to help Sleek achieve its revenue target by renewing all services in our existing clientele.
Outcomes- Minimum 8 years experience as Sales, Account Management or Customer Success, in a role carrying sales targets and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Located in Singapore or the Philippines.
- Experience working with SMEs, startups, fast-paced setups in the Singapore market.
- Exposure to different cultures because Sleek clients are from all over the world.
- Ability to resolve issues by collaborating internally and externally.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Zendesk, Hub Spot.
- Experience handling complex customers and troubleshooting/escalations.
- Proactive in taking up new projects to completion.
- Sales Driven & Ownership – reliability, accountability and proactive problem solving.
- Humility – open to feedback, collaborative, positive work environment.
- Structured Thinking & Target Focused – analytical or creative, pragmatic, sound judgment.
- Data Driven – use of data to support strategies and review initiatives.
- Can have tough conversations in a positive way – skilled at conflict resolution, trust building.
- Excellent listener and clear communicator – effective communication with diverse teams.
- Customer-centric – act with best interest of the customer and Sleek in mind.
- Problem Solving – diagnose and resolve production issues quickly, root cause analysis.
