Remote & Concierge Bilingual Agent

As a Travel and Concierge Consultant, you will help customers discover and experience travel in unforgettable ways, exceeding expectations for our Premium Card Members.

• Assist customers in planning and enjoying trips and concierge experiences.
• Deliver innovative and extraordinary travel solutions that create a "WOW" effect.
• Apply strong knowledge of travel and world geography gained from travel experience, study, or sales history.
• Manage time effectively and multitask across chat, email, and voice communication channels.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and core hours in a 24/7 environment.

• Strong travel and world geography knowledge.
• Excellent listening, spoken, and written communication skills.
• Resilience and composure under pressure.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking ability.
• Sales experience with consultative skills for recommending and cross‑selling products.
• Computer skills and willingness to learn Sabre GDS and other travel tools.
• Fluent in French, spoken and written.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• TICO and OPC certification; cost covered if not already obtained.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
