Location: Greater London

A leading cloud service provider is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will partner with initial customers to drive product value and develop trusted relationships with executive sponsors to ensure they achieve full business value. You will manage customer onboarding strategies and work cross-functionally to deliver solutions and drive adoption. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of account management experience in software/SaaS and possess strong problem-solving skills.
