B2C Operations Consultant

Join our B2C Operations team to support customers and retailers, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end experience across the customer journey.

Maidenhead/Daventry, operating in a dynamic, target‑driven environment.

Fixed term – 12 months

• Support day‑to‑day operations and deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Manage administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support vehicle orders, cancellations, and registrations.
• Send and manage financial contracts and agreements.
• Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track and support customer journeys.
• Act as point of contact for retailers, answering queries and providing updates.
• Take ownership of queries and aim for first‑contact resolution.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and targets.

• Comfortable using technology and systems; experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a bonus.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Natural team player who enjoys collaborating.
• Empathy and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage own workload.
