Work closely with management to enhance your knowledge of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and confirm eligibility

• Manage incoming calls and customer queries

• Address client requests for coverage options

• Craft and explain policies using our system

• Learn from management on new service offerings

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and customer relationship focus

• Motivation to learn and adapt to new challenges

• Ability to work from home independently

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Comprehensive training provided; no prior experience needed
