Location: Boudry
Mikron Holding AG is looking for a Customer Service Area Manager based in Boudry, Switzerland. In this role, you will manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction by providing personalized responses to customer needs.
You will develop tailored offers, coordinate requests, and maintain long-term relationships with clients while working closely with internal teams. A technical background and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is preferred. The position requires around 30% travel for customer visits.
