As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions whenever possible.

- Provide accurate information regarding fare media, transportation programs, and service offerings.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution rates, and transaction accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full‑Time
Salary: $17.42–$23.95 per hour
Schedule:
- Shift‑based role
- Weekends required as needed
- Holiday coverage required as needed
- Operating hours: 6:30 AM – 11:30 PM
Training Requirement:
Successful candidates must attend six weeks of on‑site training at Cubic's Burnaby office before transitioning to remote work.
