United Infrastructure Water Limited is looking for a Customer Experience Apprentice to join their Water Business division. The role involves supporting the customer service team by handling inquiries, managing communications around service interruptions, and maintaining customer records.
Applicants should have 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics, good IT and communication skills, and a commitment to complete the apprenticeship program. The apprenticeship will be delivered remotely, offering tailored support, and successful completion leads to a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification.
