Customer service is central to the business, and you'll be part of a multilingual team supporting customers across the UK, Europe, and the United States.

The Role You will support customers in German and English via phone, email, and live chat, helping deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Responding to customer enquiries in German and English Supporting customers with orders, deliveries, and refunds Resolving issues clearly and professionally Learning product information to give accurate advice Working closely with the team to meet service standards What We're Looking For Fluent German and English (spoken and written) Previous customer service experience (retail, office, or contact centre) Friendly and confident communication style Calm and professional problem-solving approach Good attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team
