Overview
Join IS2 as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Markham, ON, where you’ll operate in a hybrid work setting. Utilize your English and French skills to provide customer support in the medical supply industry.
This hybrid position seeks an individual knowledgeable in customer service with fluency in both English and French. Candidates with experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical products will be particularly valued. You will process orders, handle inquiries, and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Assist customers and Sales Representatives effectively
- Answer calls and emails in English and French
- Manage order processing and shipment tracking
- Address customer inquiries related to products and support
- Communicate with hospital staff and warehouse teams
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
- At least two years of relevant customer service experience
- Strong computer skills for effective communication
- Ability to multitask within a busy team setting
- Familiarity with healthcare products is an asset
