German Customer Service Advisor - Travel Industry

We are seeking a German‑speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic BPO/contact centre team in Cape Town. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support to a German market within the travel industry
, assisting customers with travel‑related queries and bookings.

You will primarily handle inbound calls and live chat interactions
, supporting customers with services such as flights, accommodation, and car hire
.

• Provide high‑quality customer service to German‑speaking clients
• Handle inbound calls and respond to live chat queries
• Assist customers with travel‑related services including:
• Flight bookings and changes
• Accommodation arrangements
• Car hire
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet and maintain KPIs and service level standards
• Shift Times:
• Standard: 08:30 – 17:30
• During daylight savings: 09:30 – 18:30
• Flexibility required to work shifts up to 20:30 (8:30 PM) once upskilled for on Holiday Support
• Workdays: Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
• Hybrid role
• First 3 months (probation):
  Office‑based in Cape Town CBD
• Post‑probation:
  Eligible to work from home, subject to consistent KPI performance
• Remote Work Flexibility: Once approved for hybrid work, employees may work remotely when scheduled on Mondays, Fridays, or weekends

• Fluent in German (spoken and written)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced contact centre environment
