Key Responsibilities:
• Manage redemption and order fulfillment efficiently
• Route customer inquiries effectively through channels
• Assist with loyalty points and navigation concerns
• Document all customer interactions accurately
• Handle an average of 50-60 calls, split between languages
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English is required
• Experience in high volume call centers
• Familiarity with MS Teams, Excel, and CRM
• Solution-driven mindset
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer
