Forge Fit is hiring a Remote Customer Experience Specialist to enhance customer interactions across the country. Ensure a positive experience by assisting clients with fitness equipment inquiries and issues.
This full-time role is essential in providing stellar customer service will be the primary voice for clients, supporting their needs through efficient communication and problem resolution. Key skills include organization, communication, and a knack for solving issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries via multiple communication channels
• Assist with orders, shipping questions, and product troubleshooting
• Work with internal teams to solve customer issues efficiently
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in CRM
• Engage proactively to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills required
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a must
• Positive demeanor and an interest in the fitness industry are beneficial
