Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clear benefit explanations through Zoom
• Maintain accurate and compliant client documentation
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through follow-ups
• Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery
Requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary a plus
• At least 1 year in customer support or related roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptable with a detail-oriented problem-solving approach
