Overview
The Tier 1 Patient and Member Support Representative plays a critical role in providing outstanding customer service to patients and members within a call center environment. This position involves managing inbound calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate queues, and provide information about Teladoc Health services. The representative ensures high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently, while occasionally handling crisis situations.

Outstanding telephonic communication abilities, enabling the clear and articulate explanation of complex concepts to our diverse member base. Superior problem-solving capabilities and organizational acumen to address challenge effectively.
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Coordinate queues and provide information about Teladoc Health services.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Occasionally handle crisis situations as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed in a dynamic environment.
- Pay: $24 CAD per hour.
- Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week (more hours available).
- Flexible work schedule:
Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–9:00 AM EST;
Thursday–Friday 8:00 PM–12:00 AM EST;
Saturday–Sunday 5:00 AM–10:30 AM EST. - Gain experience in healthcare and tech with skills in virtual healthcare, patient communication, and crisis handling.
- Exceptional empathy and active engagement with members and patients, demonstrating a genuine understanding of their needs.
- Exemplary organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high-paced environment.
- Able to adapt to new processes and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.
- Bi-lingual English and French required.
