This dynamic role is a 6-month contract at our client's North York office, with potential permanent placement. You will manage inbound calls, emails, and online chats, assisting clients with insurance claims and account inquiries. This position not only offers full-time hours without weekends but also equipment provided for your home office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service via various communication channels
• Address inquiries about insurance claims and policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and French, written and verbal
• 1-2 years of call center experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Reside in the Greater Toronto Area
