Position: Customer Engagement Representative (Bilingual)

As a Customer Engagement Representative, your main tasks will include selling travel products and providing customer assistance in both languages. You'll document customer interactions and ensure an excellent service environment from your home office. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support via a language flow guide

• Sell ancillary travel products and services

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles

• Proficient in both French and English

• Previous GDS experience is advantageous

• High school diploma or GED needed

• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
