You will also participate in driving sales and supporting product returns, contributing to the brand's reputation for quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service via chats, emails, and calls

• Manage customer orders throughout the purchase process

• Communicate timely updates on existing orders

• Assist with driving sales transactions effectively

• Support customers with return requests and logistics issues

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer care experience in e-commerce

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations

• Proficient multitasking and organizational skills

• Experience with Shopify is an asset
