Position: Customer Care Associate (REMOTE Contract- 6 month)- Bilingual French/English
Location: quebec

Overview

This 6‑month contract Customer Care Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via telephone, e‑mail, written and faxed correspondence.
  • Perform necessary follow‑up to ensure customer service expectations are met.
  • Facilitate profitable growth and the sales process by adhering to department incentive and initiative programs.
  • Research and suggest alternative products to customers.
  • Represent products, increasing sales wherever appropriate or as requested.
  • Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer issues, including issuance of credit concessions.
  • Refer complex, non‑standard problems to supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/French) is preferred.
  • Full‑time schedule:
    Monday–Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Office Suite or similar CRM.
  • Experience in customer service via phone/email communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
Work Environment

Work is located in a comfortable indoor area. The majority of the time is spent sitting; there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, light lifting or moving may be required. No travel is required.

Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or GED strongly preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
Pay and Schedule

Ontario Pay Range: $18.27–$22.84 hourly. This is a full‑time position with a 6‑month contract.
