• Provide professional support to incoming client calls
• Act as a resource for insured clients and families
• Open claims and direct clients to healthcare providers
• Explain travel insurance details and exclusions clearly
• Assist throughout the claims process with follow-ups

• Completion of a college diploma or equivalent experience
• Customer service experience in telecommunications
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office
