This permanent role combines telecommunications experience with professional support for travelers facing both medical and non-medical situations. You will provide vital information about coverage, manage calls, and open claims, making a meaningful impact on clients' travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional support to incoming client calls

• Act as a resource for insured clients and their families

• Open claims and guide clients to healthcare providers

• Clearly explain travel insurance details and exclusions

• Assist clients throughout the claims process with follow-ups

Requirements:

• Completion of a college diploma or equivalent experience

• Customer service experience in telecommunications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

• Excellent communication and professionalism

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office
