A leading SaaS provider in Canada is seeking a Director of Customer Enablement to scale their global education strategy. The role involves owning Absorb Academy, designing impactful customer experiences, and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own Absorb Academy and drive its strategy and execution.
  • Design and optimize customer experiences that scale globally.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across product, success, sales, and enablement.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer enablement or related field.
  • Proven track record with 5,000+ customers.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
