Native Italian OR Native Spanish Candidates must be native in one of the above languages and must be able to demonstrate fluency both written and spoken, as you will write daily professional emails to our clients. Location The role is 100% office based, London Paddington, Hyde Park, W2 3HA
. Hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. 4 days a week in the office 1 day from home remote Holidays 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, a total of 28 days annual leave a full year. Key responsibilities Dealing with group requests on a daily basis Invoicing and calling various suppliers, such as accommodation, transport, restaurants and events, to negotiate the rates and availability for each enquiry Following up to confirm the group with clients Preparing itineraries and tour programmes Booking restaurants, entrance fees, coaches, guides and similar Preparing invoices Handling the rooming list Preparing vouchers Keeping contact with agencies and suppliers Working as part of a team, sharing your experience and knowledge Organising tailor made packages for London as well as tours in Scotland and South England Making accurate, rapid cost and profit calculations whilst providing customers with quotations Arranging accommodation and ground services bookings The ideal candidate will have Worked for a travel agency or tour operator company before (compulsory) One year experience dealing with operations bookings for adult groups, incentives, congress, series and tours in London, Scotland and South England, and student groups An understanding of the UK inbound market and the overall tour operator concept Good computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft Office Strong negotiating abilities and the ability to work under pressure to satisfy customer needs Excellent communication skills in both English and their native language, Italian, Spanish or French About Interopa Interopa Holidays Ltd is a leading DMC for London and the UK, established 1974, specialising in hotel bookings, football and concert packages, theatre tickets and much more.
