Client Service Representative Remote; Mount Pearl

• Assist customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule.
• Handle customer interactions through various channels including phone, email, and text message.
• Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking appointments to general inquiries.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
• Evaluate customer needs quickly and provide efficient, effective options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week during the operating/peak hours.
• Must be available Monday through Sunday (including holidays) between 7AM and 8PM MST/EST depending on shift.
• Must collaborate, show accountability, and maintain integrity.

• $21.50 CAD per hour.
• Marketplace Licensing Fee of $2.00 per hour and Live Xchange Service Fee of $1.00 per hour are deducted.

Build your own schedule from available business hours. Minimum 20 hours per week with flexible hours:
Monday‑Friday 7:30AM‑11PM EST (peak 9AM‑4PM EST), Saturday 7:30AM‑8PM EST (peak 7:30‑8PM EST), Sunday 9AM‑8PM EST (peak 11AM‑3PM EST).
