Client Service Representative Remote; Drummondville

Overview

Join The Junkluggers as a Universal Call Center Representative, where you’ll provide exceptional customer service while promoting environmental sustainability.

Earn $21.50 CAD per hour. Work a minimum of 20 hours per week within the following operating windows. You may schedule more hours if desired.

• Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 11pm EST (Peak: 9am – 4pm EST)
• Saturday: 7:30am – 8pm EST (Peak: 7:30am – 8pm EST)
• Sunday: 9am – 8pm EST (Peak: 11am – 3pm EST)

Fees: $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 Live Xchange Service Fee.

• Assist customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule.
• Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Communicate scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
• Evaluate customer needs quickly and present efficient options.
• Provide comprehensive customer assistance ranging from booking to general inquiries.

• At least one year of sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Empathy and a strong desire to please customers.
• Ability to adapt to diverse customer requests and work independently.
• Commitment to working at least 20 hours per week, inclusive of holidays, within the specified hours.
