This 9-month full-time contract is perfect for customer service professionals with prior call center experience. You will handle about 50 inbound calls daily, delivering exceptional service to both customers and licensed insurance advisors. Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for resolving billing discrepancies are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage approximately 50 inbound billing calls daily
• Provide exemplary customer service for inquiries
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
• Act as the Company Ambassador for inquiries
• Communicate clearly through phone and email
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of contact center experience
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible for rotating shifts availability
