Client Service Representative Remote

About the Role

Universal Call Center Representative at The Junkluggers. You will be responsible for selling our services and providing exceptional customer support.

• Sell and promote The Junkluggers' junk removal services.
• Handle a wide range of customer service inquiries via phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Assist customers in booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
• Assess customer needs and offer efficient and effective options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Earn $21.50 CAD per hour.
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexible hours from Monday–Sunday.
• Operating hours:
  Monday–Friday 7:30am‑11pm EST (peak 9am‑4pm), Saturday 7:30am‑8pm EST, Sunday 9am‑8pm EST.
• Standard fees: $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 Live Xchange Service Fee.

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Strong empathy, customer-focused mindset, and desire to provide excellent service.
• Ability to work independently and select your own schedule within the business hours.
• Must be available for the specified operating/peak hours.
