• Provide comprehensive customer assistance, addressing a broad spectrum of needs from booking appointments to handling general inquiries.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
• Quickly evaluate customer needs and offer productive, flexible solutions.

• Minimum 20 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule built from available business hours:
• Monday‑Friday: 7:30am‑11pm EST (peak 9am‑4pm)
• Saturday: 7:30am‑8pm EST (peak 7am‑8pm)
• Sunday: 9am‑8pm EST (peak 11am‑3pm)

$21.50

CAD per hour. Fees apply: $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 Live Xchange Service Fee.

• At least 1 year of sales experience (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Demonstrated collaboration, accountability, and integrity.
• Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week following the operating/peak hours stated above.
