Client Service Representative Remote

Overview

Universal Call Center Representative gig: sales representatives trained in customer service. Earn $21.50 CAD per hour.

Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule between Monday – Friday (7:30am – 11pm EST, peak 9am – 4pm EST; Saturday 7:30am – 8pm EST; Sunday 9am – 8pm EST, peak 11am – 3pm EST).

• Provide comprehensive customer assistance: schedule appointments, answer inquiries, handle cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Evaluate customer needs quickly and provide efficient solutions, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• At least 1 year of sales experience (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week covering the specified hours.
• Solid verbal and written communicator.

Paid $21.50 CAD per hour. Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 Live Xchange Service Fee). Build your own schedule from available hours of business.
